Some news: Girls Only !

LATELY: RELEASE POSTPONED !

Everyone, especially Liz McClarnon and Jaime Jay, were excited about the awaited release of 'Lately', the single part of the Global One Music Project. But we received this mail on Monday:

Due to legal reasons, the Global One Project have unfortunately had to pospone the release of “Lately”, the track Liz McClarnon was featuring on with Jaime Jay, and it will no longer be released on the 18th May.  Please accept our apologies for this, and we shall certainly bring you some more information on the release when we have it.

Then, Lil and Jaime posted on their MySpace blogs about it. It's yet unknown whether the single will be released soon or not. But we'll post here as soon as Lil or Jaime will break the news ! But if you can't wait 'til there, the Offcial Video has been released on YouTube. It is the same for every version, but it's still great and we all love it here !

Lil's World is also saying that a brand new track is coming on her Myspace page. As for Jaime, she posted the Wideboys Remix of her debut single 'To Make You Feel Alright' on YouTube. Rush here to have a listen !

GIRLS ALOUD BREAK THEIR TOP 10 RUN

We totally forgot to post this news ! Girls Aloud were known for having since their debut single 'Sound Of The Underground' 20 consecutive top 10 in the UK Charts. The last one, 'The Loving Kind', from their number one album 'Out Of Control', charted at 10, becoming their lowest charting single to date in the UK Singles Chart. The third single lifted, 'Untouchable', was chosen by the fans on their official website and was released April 27. Despite a fantastic video, the Girls, currently on tour, didn't promote the song, and Untouchable only charted at 11. Which is great, but enough to break their top 10 run.

This single will be the last taken from the 'Out Of Control' era. The Girls are going on a hiatus after their tour, releasing a new album in 2010, scheduled for Autumn. Sarah, Nadine, Kimberley, Nicola and Cheryl are planning on focusing on personal projects.

SUGABABES: STUDIO AND THE CITY

Exciting news on the SugaWorld ! After recording in LA, the girls landed to NY to continue recording their 7th studio album. The girls cannot resist posting news on Twitter, which started a controversy...

In fact, one of the girls posted on the group's official account:

Get the FUCK over it. We like what they do. We Love what we do. We are a completely different band. Who gives a shit if we've had 2 line up changes… Even more reason to show us support & respect because we are still surviving!!!

WE have had Nearly TEN yrs In this industry with with 7 albums 5 number ones HUGE sales across EUROPE not only in the UK. We write. Sing live. We have never Sold our selves out to the media. Who we thank for all their support so far but its never been about that. We're about the music.

Love and support to all the up and coming girl bands. BUT their will only ever be ONE sugababes and even though the last album wasnt A huge hit (lol) Who gives a sh!t. We are not giving up. And we STILL remain (According to OVER ALL SALES) THE BIGGEST GIRLBAND FROM THE UK!

The controversy has begun ! Everyone assumed it was Keisha posting, and GA fans began replying...It seems that it hurt Keisha a bit, after seeing the messages she sent to me on Twitter. But the one who posted that was Amelle...Lol !

Besides that, the girls might come home sooner than they thought. They already recorded 10 songs, and one is written by NeYo. According to Amelle, this could possibly become the first single from the new album ! We gotta admit, with Girls Aloud away for a while, this could possibly become their most successful album ! Wait and see...

NO ANGELS: SUMMER WILL BE HUGE

Aaron Pearce, american producer, is known in the No Angels world for producing the group's forthcoming album which is gonna be released in the end of July. On his Myspace and official Twitter, Aaron posted that yesterday was his last day of mixing the group's songs. Means that the album is now in post production. Not long to go ! Lucy was spotted at the Life Ball in Vienna, Austria, along with Fran Drescher, Bill Clinton and Katy Perry. Check out a few pics on Lucy's Twitter account !
