JENNY FROST AGAINST AK REUNION WITH KATONA

Jenny Frost has insisted that there is no chance of an Atomic Kitten reunion including Kerry Katona. Frost, who replaced Katona in the band in 2001, admitted that she had heard rumours about a full reformation for the girl group but would never become involved in such a move. "I read that we're supposed to be getting back together with Kerry," she told Closer. "But I'd rather eat my own kidney with a spoon!"

Atomic Kitten released three studio albums and scored 13 top ten hits between 1999 and 2005. After Frost joined the band, they reached number one three times with 'Whole Again', 'Eternal Flame', and 'The Tide Is High'.

Liz McLarnon, Natasha Hamilton and Jenny Frost reformed in 2008 to release a cover of Cilla Black's 'Anyone Who Had A Heart', but it failed to break the top 75.

GET SEXY...

It's now official: After months of waiting and news on the 7th album, the Sugababes' newly awaited single premiered on radio last tuesday. And the reviews are generally mixed. Some like it to bits, other like it but tend to say that it's not Sugababes. What I can say is that I was first disappointed, wondering what happened with the UK's most successful band of the moment ! But I gave a chance to the track and now love it. Let's just hope that the album won't be a disappointment too, and will reach the top of the charts. Here is the song !

NO ANGELS : A NEW ERA HAS COME

No Angels performed their first gig in months on July 3, 2009. For 80 minutes, Sandy, Nadja, Jess and Lucy were singing their most successful hits, and sang their new single for THE FIRST TIME ! This new track is called "One Life", and we don't know yet if it was produced by Aaron Pearce. Before the gig, the girls gave a press conference. "One Life" is released August 21, while the album is now scheduled for a september release. Let's wish No Angels all the best with the future !

PARIS TOWN IS ROCKING

Paris saw wonderful acts performing last week. First of them, the newly brunette Britney Spears gave 3 gigs, part of her 'The Circus starring...' European Leg. Britney stated a few days before that she added a new song to the set list, which is 'Mannequin'. Britney was seen eating at the Eiffel Tower with her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James before leaving for Belgium where she gave a concert in Antwerp.

A few days later, on July 9, two international superstars were in competition: Lady GaGa and the one and only Madonna were touring in the same town, on the same day. It has been reported that Madonna's concert was the less attended. Lady GaGa gave on a very sexy show, and the places were cheaper. [€44 for Miss Germanotta, against €120 for Madonna...]

GUESS WHO'S BACK ?

Remember if you read the interview, that Melanie Chisholm stated in HELLO! Magazine that she was planning on recording a fifth solo album after giving birth to he daughter Scarlet, almost 5 months ago. She said that she would be back when no one would expect. Well, here she is taking us by surprise ! DigitalSpy reveals that Mel has reportedly started working on her new album - she apparently told The Mirror that she was eager to release an upbeat album. "I'm a rock girl, it'll be big rock numbers!" Let's wait and see !
